Tropical fruit aromas from the Sauvignon Blanc are complemented with granny smith apple from the blend with Chenin all of which is framed with beautiful acidity and a unique texture from barrel fermentation. On the palate, the Chenin characteristics come through and confirm citrus and guava from the Sauvignon while a hint of oak carries these flavors through on a lengthy finish.
