Gonzague & Claire Lurton, owners of Grands Crus Classés in Bordeaux, felt under the spell of a property in the hills of Chalk Hill, in Sonoma. Over years, they succeeded to produce great Cabernet Sauvignon with balance and character. Acaibo is a great terroir wine with fine balance and has the aromatic and tannic singularity of its Californian nature. The vineyard is farmed with organic and agro-ecological methods.
